  1. Exactly, pull out my grandma's victrola and we are in business. I enjoy the process of playing vinyl. And for the albums recorded analog, and live(I don't mean a concert recording) it sounds like they are right there in your house.
  2. I have an extra copy if anyone wants it. Sealed, top corner by the spine is rubbed. $33ppd.
  3. Ah, the memories, I loved the tiki birds. I want.
  4. Got Botch RSD on black 16 Horsepower Secret South on Alternative Tentacles From Ebay Wovenhand Threshingfloor on Glitterhouse
  5. I've been into vinyl my whole life, on account of my parents huge amount of vinyl. All kinds of oldies, motown, classic rock, etc. As a kid it was listening to John Denver and the Muppets Christmas LP, that got me into listening to vinyl. Unfortunately all through the ninties while I was buying CDs I didn't even realize they still pressed vinyl for all the new stuff coming out. After I got out of school I started on my own collection, coming up on 6 years now. I have about 400 12", 90 7", a few 10", would easily be double that if I ever had extra money. I believe my first vinyl was If These Trees Could Talk s/t, but I can't really remember.
  6. Would feel a little more special if the 7" was only with the first 2000.
  7. Just saw all of these, giving a heads up. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=record+store&_sacat=306&_dmpt=Music_on_Vinyl&_ssn=kagenterprises1&_odkw=&_osacat=306&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313
  8. big ups to bothI would want any clint mansell soundtrack.
  9. I'm heading back out to two shops tomorrow morning to see what they still have. List any wants in this thread, if you have more than one put the most wanted first. I'll try to help out as many people as I can, if I can. Also, one of the stores had 2 copies of BJM My Bloody Underground, if anyone is interested, i'll be taking the other copy. Well I managed to pick up 4 records for you guys, but most everything that people want was all gone.
  10. I want the whole Days of the New catalog on vinyl, it would sound great. Also, hoping we will see Dredg el cielo soon.
  11. I always refund any extra difference before they get the item so they are already happy before they receive anything. Also if you ever ship internationally again on ebay I would recommend using registered mail. Not to Canada, but off the continent, because I've lost my money and my record twice. The buyer may not like the price but it's the cheapest way to send while covering your ass.
  12. Got the 7" in the mail today and I already had the test press. Many thanks!
  13. I'll bump for a test Do you have any copies of the summer pledge 7" also
  14. I want a first press copy of this badly. I would prefer the tour copy because of the color, but any copy would do. I have a tour copy of Beware of Safety Leaves/Scars for trade or cash+, for anyone with an extra copy.
  15. Done. I can't wait for a new album from Summer Pledge. I'll roshambo for a copy of "You Are You" on gold.
  16. Mine would be David Bowie Afraid of Americans. It's runtime is 40 min., it flows together like an album, and the remixes offer more than enough variety to keep you listening. Plus it's a damn cool song. What's your favorite? Almost forgot Ice Cube is on it too, HA! Damn it was a good day.
  17. Much agreement, also need Marvelous 3 on vinyl, sigh. He should have kept his masters at ft knox. I would love to have Virgos Merlot signs of a vacant soul. Not sure if this would ever be a possibility. Tried to do some digging, all I could find is that Hesla doesn't seem to care about it anymore and one of the guitarist has died. Couldn't find much on the state of the music rights and such.
  18. The best to me would be between Grails and If These Trees Could Talk, but my favorite is easily Souvenir's Young America. Also have to mention We All Inherit the Moon.
