picked this up at Amoeba today (they had the record in the 'J' section because they think the band name is Jar haha) I'm balancing the record on my thumb so I can show off how cool it looks against the light

regardless the 4.5/5 is spot on

I surprised Scott didn't mention the final track, but I can understand it's hard to really get out full thoughts about such a massive song in the allotted space he got for that review in the mag.

Also gonna be that guy who not so humbly brags about the new album because I just have to share with someone my early thoughts. so bring the hate but this album is fucking majestic. It's like the scales have fallen off my ears and I'm listening to music for the first time in my life. just goddamn, if you were excited before, get really really really excited now.

yeah I love the new State Lines LP too. gonna be a good day tomorrow. seriously you guys, these remasters sound great - you won't even miss the Freaks and Geeks stuff

and we are exclusively premiering the remastered tracks of Chicago Bowls on AP.net tomorrow. Listening to them right now, sounds amazing.
