PO SOON : Dillinger Escape Plan - Dissociation
randomfortunepa replied to archiced's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
They were also out of clear copies of Dissociation. I bought it right before Cult Leader went on. They had indie blue and standard black copies for $30, so that went up in price too. The merch was well picked over too. The only shirts left were either size small or XL. -
I have a wedding tomorrow and can't make it. I have two hard tickets in hand. Must pick up in Philly (I live near the Church) before 8AM tomorrow. PM me if interested.

The Anniversary "Designing a Nervous Breakdown"
randomfortunepa replied to dmfay's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Calm down. That is the only store that has these RIGHT NOW. The owner of that shop is the tour manager. -
If I am understanding correctly, you are looking for more info on Chk Chk Chk. Great band. I haven't really kept up with them much after Myth Takes, but these guys are awesome. They were always very fun live and wouldn't stop playing and running through the crowd until everyone in the room was dancing. You can find all of their albums and singles here. https://www.discogs.com/artist/207714-!!!

The Anniversary "Designing a Nervous Breakdown"
randomfortunepa replied to dmfay's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
I recall seeing those pins, the Nervous Breakdown shirt, the "A" design, and they had a D in Detroit design. I don't remember if they had that Scream design. -

Yes it's on the shrink wrap. Sorry I just saw this now. They had a large box and I didn't see that many people walking around with the record at the end of the show, so I would just wait. I have yet to listen to it to see how it sounds, but will report back when I have a chance. I had an original copy a few years ago that was pretty standard as far as Vagrant releases go. We'll see if this new 180 gram pressing enhances things -

At the show right now and they only have Your Majesty. The band didn't seem very happy with this entire process and mentioned it has been a big pain in the ass. So these will no doubt be available online. I didn't open the record to see if it was colored or not, but it does have an obnoxious 180 gram vinyl sticker on the cover of you are into that sort of thing. -

I am still waiting for this and the new Burn 7" to come in the mail. I sold off my original last year though so I don't have anything to compare it to. -

Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness box came out to under $62 shipped. -
I was hoping they would release Open Your Eyes at the same time, but I am excited this is finally being reissued.

Yes. They also have the boxes (Garage Inc and Death Magnetic too) and some overpriced t-shirts. -

FUCK. I was supposed to see Mischief Brew with World Inferno and Culture Shock last week, but couldn't make it because my girlfriend got into an accident on her bike. That was ok, because they were supposed to play PhilaMOCA this Sunday. This is a huge gut punch. Erik was such a nice dude and made me really appreciate the music scene out in Philadelphia and all it has to offer. My thoughts to Denise, their pugs, and his friends and family.

Are you sure they didn't just allocate a certain amount per show? Explosions in the Sky recently did that. I find it hard to believe the band sold around 300 copies after 5 shows.
