I know eventually ghosts will get repressed. It's too much of an essential album to be out of print forever. I loved aural exploits, I've heard people got ripped off from them but I never had a bad transaction. I bought the marbled April and blue SFABG from them.

Damn, that is terrible, but a car is pretty essential.hopefully you had another copy of ghosts at least? I've been tempted to sell my signed promo AFP from time to time, I Just could never bring myself to do it.

I've been in the same boat! Actually, I shouldn't even be buying these records now, but to pass this up would be a huge mistake for a kozelek record collector.

I've been lucky enough to have every release from the koz I've wanted, with the exception of benji and perils, so I'm feeling pretty good now! As for future represses, I believe I read somewhere awhile ago that he is against it. Something about not wanting to see his records in thrift store dollar bins, or something.

I received my perils from melody supreme, and it's the promo press. Just ordered benji from bullmoose...This is insane.

It's not surprising that their most successful stuff commercially is also the most hated/debated about. I think it's ignorant to say they wrote OBTN to "sell out". Anyone listening to their discography can clearly hear the progression of the super raw , in the beggining, to more tightly constructed songs. Having a preference is fine, but I draw the line when people start ignorantly bashing something for being successful.

thats right. I just assumed since XL releases latest albums they would have more control over it.

Radiohead have been tremendously thoughtful of fans with their latest special editions of their last 3 albums. I'm sure since they now own their back catalogue they might do some of that. Or its wishful thinking for special edition box sets of all their albums.

ill be seeing them for the first time at MSG. I've tried to see them a few times but it never worked out. I'm beyond excited

I think this could be their last album. Finally adding fan favorite songs on an album, and the fact that they aren't getting younger. Thom is 47 I believe. I hope its not, but this would be the perfect way to go out.

I think what had me irritated was someone was comparing it to Coldplay, which is fucking ridiculous. If anyone doesn't like it thats perfectly fine.I know the first time Ive heard many Radiohead tunes I was underwhelmed but in time they've become classics to me. Burn the witch literally sounds like classic Radiohead to me which has me extremely thrilled to hear more

lets not get into the insult game. All I'm saying is kid a, in rainbows, ok computer... All those albums are masterpieces that have so many layers that take time to really appreciate. I think you're being unfair to come to such a judgement so soon.
