well I just asked what the 10 percent would be in terms of money off, so if I go over $50 it would be easier to crunch the numbers myself so I could keep track. But yes, you had a Panic S/t 7'' for $14. I am not blind. But since I don't run a distro/label I do not realize the price of things. I'll just take my business to people who are actually cool. my friend told me about this today and that it sounds like Reversal of Man - This Is Medicine... so I got off work and came home to listen and I must be either deaf or missing something? Oh well. He also said the vinyl was going to be pressed by the mighty Deathwish Inc Hardcore Hype label... for those of you curious about the vinyl? No clue though.

see I read in that huge band rumors/stories thread on VLV that the lead singer was backstage at some venue before a show doing stuff with a girl who was under 18 years old, and the venue has/had camera surveillance backstage and it recorded the material, prompting band tension/break up. If you look at Champions of History, and then Cannons (albeit, both very inactive, useless projects in my opinion with members that displayed such amazing musical talent in BVS, you can see an almost even split of members in both projects.)

so what's the real reason they up and cut the band short? I've heard a lot of rumors, some good/some bad. I remember they had that headlining tour set up (their first?) for the first months of 2006 with like Limbeck and maybe the Working Title? They were picking up steam, but then they just up and broke up around Christmas of 2005 and canceled that headlining tour. Really didn't give reasons, which I found odd.

saw them with Curl Up and DIe saw them with Marathon saw them with Sincebyman (and those two shit bands) looking back on all 3 shows, it seems like the tour packages were way more appealing to me as a whole than compared to the tours the come around today. Maybe I'm just getting old.

no idea why this dude gets such special fucking treatment from people in the community of vinyl trading. he gets excused for being a "late seller/trader" blah blah blah. fact of the matter if this was anyone else and the stuff wasn't sent out within two weeks people would make sure that person was on everyone's shitlist on every messageboard and blacklisted from the country at this point. this dude is no better than anyone else. great his real life sucks. how old is he again? not 17, everyone has their problems in real life they could air out. if he doesn't have time to send the stuff why the fuck does he have time to air out his laundry on the internet. seems lame.

unless there was a specific detail in the contract buyout that stated Eulogy wanted anything back from the band with Eulogy's stamp on it, that they cannot sell on their own... then yes, that would be what the buyout is for. For all I know the buyout could have also been that SYG's got the rights to their music too. Depends on what they agreed on. All I know is according to Eulogy that this is "old" news behind close doors that just got out, and that both parties are moved on? I think the label just signed a bunch of SYG rip off bands/bands similar to SYG to make up for it if I am not mistaken? If John from Eulogy (think that is his name?) let's him sell whatever they have (left?) then I'd imagine they still will. What SYG doesn't seem to want is people buying anything SYG related directly through Eulogy/Double Or Nothing/Whatever website that isn't SYG personally. The problem here lies the same with Hawthorne Heights and Victory and maybe even what Bleeding Through was bitching about with Trustkill (I know two lame bands blah blah) HH had a problem that if they got out of victory like they did, I believe Victory wasn't going to let THEM directly sell any music they put out through Victory ala tours and personal stuff. Bleeding Through was upset because every time they wanted label funding/help to put out a new album, and wanted to record/put out a new album, Trustkill would re-release one of their old albums with whatever packaging the label saw fit without them ever asking. I think SYG got tired of Eulogy milking the vinyl cow with the represses, other packaging nonsense... haha @ that stupid fucking treasure chest out of 5. I doubt any of that is what some of those guys in SYG really stand for or sought out to believe in ideally nor do I think they ever saw any money from it.

lost every fight/confrontation I was in up until I went to college. (which wasn't many, I went to a small high school, but I wore tight jeans/had my lips pierced etc etc...kids didn't like that I was "different") Got my face smashed into MY car window in front of basically half the high school (in the parking lot), because I wore tight jeans. Cops charged the jumping as a "hate crime" lol. Sitting in the hospital and going to school the next day was one of the worst things in my life ever. I guess I came from an area where the demographic was way harder/stupid/'bro-like', I use that term loosely. I went to college and it was more wealthy/uptight kids from rich families of the Suburbs who never really had to resort to violence... there was never any big confrontations in college except when the baseball team came to my friends house party one night looking for our one friend that was hanging out with one of the baseball player's girlfriend. I just raised my voice and they all ended up leaving, but the kids at the party acted like they never saw someone get in someones face before and I was looked at different for just helping/defending a friend for whatever reason.
