Man, reading that all I can envision is that guy sitting at his desk with a heavy 5 o'clock shadow and a bottle of Jack Daniels crying all over his keyboard in the dark while typing you a reply. What a mess.

So I finally got time to listen to this. I didn't notice the distortion in Zero until probably the last 10 or 15 seconds of the song and yeah it did get pretty noticeable but hardly unlistenable, maybe my copy isn't as bad as others? It kind of confuses me how a record that was originally on 3LPs (which sounded fine) that was extended to 4LPs for a reissue encounters this problem. Regardless I'm really happy with the whole box set, the art is beautiful and it was worth every penny. Only thing that blew my mind was that Amazon just slapped a shipping label on the actual product and shipped it like that in no actual box. My mind was blown further when I looked it over and there was only a little scuff on each of the corners. Someone at Amazon's warehouse goofed up there I'd say.

I said fuck it and cancelled my amazon.ca order and just bit the bullet and got it from .com. Wasn't into playing that whole game anymore. At least I'll get it next week instead of ????. Pretty excited for this.

Threw a 180g on the ol' Visa

Got this today. Easily one of the nicer records I've picked up recently, from the very sturdy jacket to the dust and static proof record sleeves. I have to say the most impressive part about this though is how it arrived. This was my first time ordering from Sound Stage Direct and they blew me away, the box they sent the record in is basically a bunker. Very impressive. And they also gave me an extra plastic sleeve for the jacket because I had instructed them to open the record and ship the LP's on top of the jacket to prevent seam splitting. Will likely order from there again.

I ordered mine from Amazon.ca when it was around 77 dollars and when the price went down to 26.99 it changed with it.

Def sent a mass text to all my vinyl nerd friends and made a few days hahaha. So stoked!

Damn..... contemplating ordering a second one at that price.

I agree, although I did have to dig up my cassette of it and give it a listen to see if it still had the weight it did back when. Sure enough if did.
