not in context of current previous posts (coz i didnt read three pages), i'm pretty sure multiple pressings and variants etc is what keeps labels and bands alive... to stop the flipping, the rarer records should be sold more expensive.. but that makes the flipping more expensive... a ring is round, it has no end i'm for supporting the artist. thats why i buy music in multiple formats. i have vinyl at home, cd in the car, digital when i'm out walking around

i object to paying ebay prices for records i missed out on for whatever reason.. but thats thats just the way the world works. in saying that, i'd rather give a label\band $100+ for a vinyl than a flipper. same old adage.. if you dont like it, dont buy it.

i thought it may have been posted by now: Dave Hause newsletter saId there'll be a signing at VVinyl of 1000 and there's now a German online site selling to reduce shipping for European fans.. perhaps these are 2 of the other variants
