kevinxabney
Picked up Skyrim. Haven't played it since it first came out for 360 so the dlc should be fun. Going a Battle-Mage route this time. I couldn't get into magic use for much more than healing - it felt cheap.
jetsfan4ever80
Spent an hour this morning crafting badges to get to Lvl 8 so I could get more card drops. Well played, Steam... Well played...

kevinxabney
I woke up a little early so I could see the morning sales. Added Sim City 4 and Guacamelee to my cart and it wouldn't let me log in I had to change my password and verify this computer and by then the sale had ended and the prices went up. So upset with today already...
thejesseb
Ended up grabbing Terraria. I actually really enjoy it. Definitely worth the $2.
Ryan8765
Tererria is a hard game to get into but it can be hard to put down as well. I might suggest building a minimum of 7 "official" houses. At that point more people will move into your town and make more items available for sale. Some bosses have specific requirements needed to summon them. But aside from that the goal is to simply explore.

nick059
In the past few days I've grabbed the Witcher 2 and Hitman Absolution for $4 a piece. Haven't had the chance to play any of them yet, but I'm excited.

Ryan8765
I haven't bought anything. I want to finish dark souls 2 before starting anything new and I still have AC Black flag to finish too. But ARMA 3 would be pretty cool. I'll definitely get that damn goat simulator if it comes down to 5 bucks though. What do you guys think of max payne 3? is it worth 6 bucks? State of decay sounds promising too but I'm pretty much over the zombie thing. But I would check it out if it is a good one.

To be honest I found it kind of lacking. It never really grabbed me, and the combat/exploration didn't seem nearly as engaging as I thought it was going to be. I'll give it another shot, but my expectations for enjoying the game are not nearly as high as they were before I played it. I wasn't crazy about Max Payne 3,but that may be more of a personal taste than an indictment of the game. It wasn't terribly unique, but if you're into that type of game than $6 isn't a bad price. jetsfan4ever80
I never realized there was a Vinyl Collective group on Steam, although I doubt it's really used. Joined anyway...

I know nothing about the community aspects of steam.
jetsfan4ever80
Either do I. I've only come to learn about some features by trying to craft badges. I primarily only play single player games, but it seems like it would be good to have a group if you're looking for people to join up with. Ryan8765
Well I bought that space engineers game. And it looks like the current community vote is a good one. Borderland 2, Saints row 4, Bloodragon, and goat simulator got my vote.
taylo234
Anyone here play CSGO competitive? I'm Gold Nova 3 and am down to lobby up with people around that rank! In other news, not much has gone on sale of interest to me.

8ight
I only bought Shadowrun and the one expansion for Skyrim that lets you build your own house. Though, I'm not sure what I need to do to start it... the parts show up that I can craft, but I think I need to wait for a letter from a courier or something? But yea, I'm glad that's all I spent. I've got plenty of games to keep my busy as-is, so I can wait for better sales on some games I want.
jetsfan4ever80
Picked up the following - The Walking Dead Season 2 The Wolf Among Us Brothers Tropico 4 Euro Truck Simulator 2 Now let's see if I actually play half of the games I purchased. 8ight
Euro Truck Simulator 2 Do you have a gaming wheel? I kinda want to play that game, but I don't know if I want to buy a wheel just for it.

It would be awesome if I did, but I'll just be using a 360 controller.
