I went in 2013 and had a pretty ok time. bubbled in the poker tournament and saw some good after shows. I spent most of festival itself cowering in fear of the desert sun. IanRees Posted December 2, 2014 Author Share Posted December 2, 2014 usually what me and my gf do are hang at the pool at the Golden Nugget most of the day and then head to the fest for the last 3 bands of the night. Then again i've always gotten in free somehow so i don't feel so obligated to hang out all day to get my moneys worth.
