Audioengine A2+/A5+

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have these, or had them before? Looking to upgrade my system and are leaning toward these as my speakers. My main question is, can I go with the A2's? My space isnt huge, my house has kind of a weird shape, the living room is long and narrow, so the couch is across from where my TT would be, about 8 to 10 feet, would the A2's be loud enough?

Is there a comparable alternative to A2+?

I want them. The only reason I ask is b/c I'm thrifty. I don't see them go on sale much, so I'd like to monitor another product to see if there are sales.

You must not be looking too hard.  Massdrop has them for around $200 every other week.
