lechevre Posted July 7, 2008 Share Posted July 7, 2008 Just got the LP today (wow...from the preorder) go to download the mp3s and get a "you can't d/l because we don't know where you're from" message, with no way to tell them hey yes, I'm in the US. So....I email support (about 10 min to tell them everything I tried 4 different browsers, 2 OS's) and get an immediate bounce back of Hey this email has failed. Just frustrating to finally get it and not be able to d/l the mp3s. I know it's not their fault for the shipping but it was the shipping option to get it on day of. So...I mean whatever.
