I am confused about this, too. S1D says 12pm PST, but during summer daylight saving time is observed. Shouldn't it be 12pm PDT?

yeah i've noticed a lot of the time people just say "pacific time" and just use PST even though they mean PDT.. and yeah.. 12pm PDT
