I am super excited to announce the pre-orders for Drag the River and Scott Reynolds’ latest albums. And here is the raddest part, if you pre-order the vinyl, we will send you that album as a full digital download on December 23rd, the day of Festivus!

As Jon Snodgrass said, “Ya know when you find an awesome gift for someone and you actually really want it for yourself? Well we got ya covered. Order the new Drag the River or the new Scott Reynolds before Christmas and get a free download of it on December 23rd. The actual phyiscal copy will arrive closer to the street date of 1/22/08, but more than likely a few weeks before….a gift for them and a bonus for you.”

The Drag the River vinyl will be pressed on 3 colors : Grey (150), Brown (250), and Red (600). We have 25 sets of all 3 colors at a reduced price.

The Scott Reynolds’s vinyl will be pressed on 2 colors : Gold w/ Burgundy Swirl (200), and Burgundy/Gold half and half vinyl (300). There will be 25 sets of both colors and Scott Reynolds has agreed to sign an LP for each of those sets.

NOTE THAT THESE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WE WILL GET THEM CLOSER TO THE RELEASE DATE OF 1/22/08.

not sure if any of you guys saw, but we just posted news that Drag the River are reuniting to play a weekend of shows. Everyone should come out for the shows. they will be incredible.

i couldn't wait until tomorrow -- i had to stay up late to listen to it.

virgil, this record is incredible. chad's material on this thing is jaw-droppingly amazing. and i LOVE the inclusion of the alternate versions on the jukebox track.

i honestly don't know what else to say. i'm just floored by the damn thing.
