Sometimes I pop them on right away but other times I get sidetracked and don't get around to them for months. They all get their fair share at one time or another though. I just listened to these arms are snakes- this is meant to hurt you all the way through for the first time and I've had it forever. It was awesome! I'm currently leading a pretty busy life, so I usually only get a chance to chill and listen to my records on the weekends. I have far more records unplayed than played. Now, I have to wait for enough time to sit back and let them play (I actually ended up buying Andrew Jackson Jihad on CD because I couldn't find time to listen to it on vinyl). Example: I'm currently cataloguing (sp?) my collection and I came across an Anthrax LP that I bought when I still lived in California over 5 years ago. I bought it because I'd read that it was a "classic" metal album. I'd never listened to it. It's called Among the Living and I can't believe how much I enjoyed it. I can't start Saturday morning without listening to The Clash's self-titled while making breakfast. But yeah, I try to listen to new stuff right away or as close to right away as possible.
