andywax
Zach Blair of Rise Against, being a good old Texas boy, let us drink their beer all night tonight. I had a backstage pass and everything. I love New York City.

forgeagain
Zach Blair was in Hagfish, GWAR, and now Rise Against. That's so weird.
kgry
What do you guys think of the new Rise? RPM will always be one of the best albums ever imo but I like the new album. Not the same Rise but it's catchy.
mcm1610
It's just boring. I don't find it catchy at all, but I also don't find it really .. BAD per se, I just can't pay attention very long because nothing grabs me.

Not the same Rise but it's catchy. I think they plain suck now, they went downhill after RPM. I'm just glad I got to see them when they were touring it! xjustinxschwierx
Zac was in Armstrong and Only Crime too. I haven't heard a Rise Against record since RPM and that one didn't do much for me so I can't imagine what they're doing now being too inspiring either. keevhren
'The Dirt Whispered' on the new record is by far one of the catchiest rise against songs ever written.
jawbroken
i listened to it once, and then deleted it off my computer blah. thought "partying" with them sounds pretty sweet!
mclz
who's fat mike? i hope that's a joke
eroc
fat mike walked right past me and i didn't even realize it was him until he went by a 2nd time and my friend noticed. i saw him sitting behind us during alkaline trio but he jetted before they were done. was kinda hoping to meet the guy. rise against may not put out as great records as they used to, but they still know how to put a good live show. AND that was my first time seeing the gaslight anthem...shit talk about a long wait. finally after a year. they were superb and as good as i could imagine. My fav song on the new album is Audience of One. The lyrics alone are great.
