dreamover
since tooth & nail has no contact email address, i mailed them a letter asking them this and various other information... i just got an email from one of the people there that said... "Thanks for your inquiry - Copeland will be releasing their album on vinyl early next year. " Also, I talked to Jon when they were just in here in Chicago, and he said it looks like its coming out soon. Not sure about their other records yet. Aaron has stated that ESR was supposed to come out, had a label lined up and everything, and he still plans to get it out.
cactusbot
Awesome. This is a great album. ESR on the other hand, is a terrible album.
thomas
Nice, I am looking forward to this.
dreamover
Awesome. This is a great album.ESR on the other hand, is a terrible album. I wouldn't say ESR is terrbible. I think it would be better on vinyl though. Sounds like it was made for vinyl. Very warm. But I will say the new one is much better. By the way, thanks for the email reply. scotterson
I love ESR...not necessarily any better than sunshine, but i think it is great. in all honesty, the only part of ESR i really dont like, and i have no real reason, is the 'i just woke to eat some chocolate' line...i dont know, it just sounds like a joke or something. hopefully they will continue to press all of their albums
daniel
You Are My Sunshine and Eat, Sleep, Repeat are my two favorite Copeland albums. So excited to see them on vinyl.
element101
i think the packaging for beneath the medicine tree on vinyl could be amazing!
daniel
Beneath The Medicine Tree is so overrated. I understand it has a lot of sentimental value to a lot of people but in my opinion it's not as good as In Motion, ESR, or YAMS.
element101
In Motion was by far my favorite. I grew up with alot of the songs on BTMT. My drummer in my second band played drums for Copeland on tour for awhile. good dudes!

element101
im not sure. i think something like cd as close as possible would be amesome. like a full color booklet with the "opaque Paper Scetches". I guess pretty much just keeping it as close to the cd is cool with me. but thats just what i think.

timwt
When Beneath the Medicine Tree came out it blew me away. It Motion was pretty good too, but the rest is garbage.
narniafanaz
oh my gosh!!!!!!! copeland vinyl is my DREAM vinyl!!!!!!!!!!! I LOOOOOOOOOVE IM, ESR and YAMS. I never got into BTMT, but it is a good album. I got into them around IM and I cannot wait for these. I am such a nerd!!!
counterfiction
BTMT is king. In Motion only had two maybe three good songs on it and ESR seemed to be rushed out too quickly.
cactusbot
I don't know how people can say BTMT is not the best album.

scotterson
in motion is definitely my favorite. i dont know what it is about btmt...i had the album and saw them touring it twice, and could never get into it as a whole. i think some of the songs are absolutely amazing (testing the strong ones and there cannot be a close second in particular), but i just dont like some of the songs.
