ihprstl
I saw Jon720 is selling a copy of Manic Compression in one of the other threads and I was wondering if anyone has any pressing info for that and Slip.

james
you should pick up that copy of manic, even though it's a promo copy, the price can't be beat. slip always seems to be harder to find and goes for alot more.

Am I crazy, or was Slip only released as a promo only (a la Jawbreaker "Dear You")? I vaguely remember that being the case.

You could buy it in stores for a while on LP, originally.

There are definitely a high number of promo copies but I think there are stock copies as well. I've seen many sealed copies with the sticker on the shrink promoting the bonus track and I don't recall there being a promo stamp on the back of those. lpzgangsta
There are some copies of Slip stamped with the gold promo stamp, some that have a hole punched through the UPC and then some regular, non stamped or punched copies. I had one copy of each until I gave Walter the one with the hole in it!
