aviolentworld Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 once you sell or trade a record do any of you guys make another list wether it be on google docs or another cataloging device. i have been crossing stuff off my viewable google docs list. i eventually want to take it off my viewable list and keep it in microsoft excel. is this odd and does anyone else do this? I am doing something similar to this. I have my record list on How's Your Edge, but am making list on Google Docs of my collection and how much I paid for the record and if in the future I sell it, then have another list with my trade list that shows what I paid for it and what I sold it for. I just keep a text document of all the transactions I've made. What the record was, if I sold it or bought it, and who to or from. Just for my convenience.
