casey
http://www.avclub.com/articles/cera-caves-arrested-development-movie-happening-th,23220/ The New York Daily News has this quote from Jeffrey Tambor: "The movie is going to happen this year, and Michael Cera is on board. Trust me." And why shouldn't we trust Tambor? How did it happen? The agonizingly brief item doesn't say, but it does mention that Tambor's quote comes from a performance at the Upright Citzens Brigade theater in L.A. Is our long national nightmare set to end? Developing... I'm still skeptical for the fact that it was said during a performance at a comedy thaeter. And it's been a short time since Cera denied taking part, but any hope is good. kirbypuckett
I honestly don't even want their to be a movie. It's going to be one of those things where people debate if it's as good as the show, it ruined the show, it was awful, etc...
blupenguin
Nah, it'll be awesome.
tanukichu
Pop Pop probably was going to beat George Michael (I will probably never be able to refer to Cera by his actual name)'s ass if he didn't stop being douchey about it. I'm still cross with him about the shredder remark.

jesse
Why the fuck didn't everyone watch it when it was on? That way we wouldn't have to hold our breath for a shitty movie.

jaaake
He signed on, it's official. Good show, I watched it when it was on, I was 10 years old, I still found it funny. Good. Stop complaining. Good. Lyfe. Wut? Splatter.

I was hoping someone would catch onto me calling him Pop Pop and then have it segue into some form of "the mere fact that you refer to making love as Pop Pop tells me you're not ready yet." That's probably my favorite line in the entire show.
