citizenkassidy
cursive keeps falling farther and farther down the shit hole with each new record. my listening stops at ugly organ. that was the last solid album. happy hollow can "suck on my ball, 2 time!" ...and from what i have heard from this new LP it is even worse. i saw them play recently and i was extremely bored with every new track they played...big let down
slymer
"Ugly Organ" by far Cursive's best album. The "Happy Hollow" was a little disappointing. Now "Such Blinding Stars For Starving Eyes" is pretty much terrible. Or at least its recorded so bad I can barely get through it. I prefer the Good Life. quinncallahan
Yeah can't believe there is such a delay for the vinyl release of a big time album. But I am stoked anyways! I love burst and bloom but really enjoyed UO a lot especially the way the songs come off live
scottheisel
Criteria's En Garde is better than almost everything Cursive have ever put out post-Pedersen, minus Domestica.

Guest drahtuos
not sure really, guess curiosity, i just don't really get what people see in this guy. it's cool though nevermind me. curious though what you guys thought of help wanted nights? i mean i think cursive/good life can be good sometimes, but help wanted nights i thought was utterly terrible. thebaroness
for those still hung up on early Cursive, check out Pederson's work in The White Octave. Great stuff.
enjoyadrian
i could never really get into the white octave. Criteria's En Garde is fucking solid though. Wish that was on vinyl.
scotterson
i love the white octave, but not as much as criteria. i want en garde to be pressed so bad. do you guys have criteria's song 'thickness of the wave'? its from a comp, i think before en garde, but its really good. very similar to the white octave stuff. also, i love help wanted nights. it was a very pleasant surprise after happy hollow.
