dante3000
So I'm working with a buddy on reworking our website and we're doing some logo work. Anyone have any suggestions for font for a big three letter logo? It's going to have the full name but this is going to be like our ABC, or NBC or whatever. If you could include pics, that'd be rad. mattstrike
Dante, what look are you going for? Clean, distressed, modern, hand-made, serif, sans-serif, etc? Some ideas on your direction for the redesign would be helpful.

dante3000
We're actually having someone design this by hand so the actual font won't be used, just looking for ideas. I'm looking for something that stands out and looks good in three capital letters. I was thinking about something kind of old Englishy...But it's so cliche and in two years time will look dated as fuck. I'd prefer something that looked clean and sharp, we're trying to actually make it slightly corporate and not DIY like No Idea or something. I suck at creating. jpw
Really can't ever go wrong with Helvetica. Also it fits the criteria you want.
