My ink was empty and I'll print a new one when I have new ink, but here's how it turned out: Front Back Inlay (printed on the back of the cover) And here are the two PDF's you need: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=WGBBSBJ5 http://www.megaupload.com/?d=QKD52BL8 It's best to print them on a little bit thicker paper like 160 g/m2 Good luck!
