I remember you posting about using the elliptical and your mile time on it. Eh, up and down. Some weeks I'm getting there 3-4 times, some weeks I'm not getting there at all. I've yet to really compartmentalize my daily schedule to make sure I go, and that's been my biggest problem. I do feel awesome after I go, though.
