kittenmittons
jerk off on it. /thread i just bought a copy of yfw on clear and mint deja. they will be in the door and on my table in a matter of seconds. the first 7" i ever played was a sealed copy of brand new's UK sic transit. could've flipped it but I'm not the type to do that. I was originally going to frame it since it was the first record I ever bought but I just had to hear it...again and again.

moonbeams
I play every record I buy at least once (even if I have 10 variants of that record. I play test presses. I've played the SW reference lacquers I have to see how they sound. I have probably 20 copies of BoogadaBoogadaBoogada and I've spun each and every one.PLAY YOUR FUCKING RECORDS!!! When the s/t comes out and you spin each and every one of the variants plus tests and laquers (you probably already have those), I just want to say good luck. jhulud
I am completist asshole so I normally regularly listen to the lest rare version of a record. But when I do get my hands on a test press, I play it as soon as I get it...I like to pretend that I am the first person listening to it as soon as it got pressed. Sounds cheesy, I know.
