monk0nuggets
I really do to. Will Smith is pretty good, even though hes been in a bunch of really bad movies.
kirbypuckett
They should rename this movie "WELCOME TA EARF DOG!" Regardless, I'll be at the IMAX to see this puppy.
hickey
This is a remake of an old movie, the title of which I can't remember right now. Either way, it looks pretty cool.

jhulud
I recently re-read the book and was reminded at how simple and believable the premise was. Especially nowadays with the germ and chemical warfare and whatnot. But I know that they have changed a shitload of things in this new adaptation. I still want to see when it comes out. I heard that of the three versions of the film this is the closest adaptation to the book.
jhulud
From what I can tell that they show in the trailers, it looks to be this way. The only difference so far (that I can tell) is they changed locations: book=L.A. movie=NYC

cj
its gonna be good. i cant tell if it's going to be a horror type movie though or just a postapoctalyptic drama type movie. i havent read the book either
jhulud
Read the book. It's quite good. I was able to read the whole thing during my flight to Boston recently. It's more of a novella than a book.

kyle
Really? I've seen the trailer once. Anyways, I want to see this at IMAX. You must not watch network TV / football. I've seen it a couple dozen times, easily. I watch football, but I guess I'm really good at ignoring commercials.
