darknesscomesalive
We've all heard the horror stories (or in some cases experienced the horror stories) about shady eBay people/sells. But we don't always hear about the positive stories. I'd been following an auction for a couple days for Coalesce's "Functioning on Impatience." It ended up getting not getting a single bid and went off. Before the guy relisted it I emailed him and offered his listing price ($10) and the cost of shipping for it via paypal if he'd sell it to me straight up. He emailed me back and said sure. So, thank you eBay user thesearmoires

tylerrtv
i love when an item you're selling ends and you almost immediately get an email from paypal saying you got a payment for it.

deafmx
i love when you wait for an auction to end, pay immediately (and even the bs $10 flat rate shipping), then don't hear from the seller forever and he doesn't even send it priority! oh wait, POSITIVE ebay stories sorry. those aren't as much fun to talk about. He emailed me back and said sure. I have done this several times. I have yet to have someone say no. It's a win/win. I get the record and the seller does not have to pay ebay fees. One Hundred Fifty-Two
I threw out a low bid on Jawbreaker Busy 7" #ed on red and ended up losing. But then I got a second chance offer on it so I ended up getting it for only $22. But for every good story there is a bad. Such as this guy. http://shop.ebay.com/field6689/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686

One Hundred Fifty-Two
He has everything listed twice. I guess you have to hope that if it sells for under the buy it now that he'll actually sell it or cancel it if it looks like it'll sell low. mrc
i havent bought much lately, but a while back i bought a jawbreaker 7" for super cheap and the seller threw in the fireman 7" ep in my package as a free added bonus. I was impressed with the last purchase i made. i bought a 7" from someone in Sweden and i got the record like 6 days after i paid and i paid on a saturday night. quick and pretty impressive. fade
I actually got a decent seller who replies to me. Usually the fuckers only reply before you actually buy it...after youve paid your money...they dont even tell you if the lp was sent or when they will send it ! shit like that pisses me off big time ! Where is a little communication these days ?

Hmmmm...why don't the rest of your listings say that? Oh yeah...because that BMT record doesn't ship from AFS until the 1st!
