Got email from VC on 6/10 saying that it shipped, but I just tried the tracking number, and it said it left Denver on 6/21. Bummer.

Does anyone know if any of the pre-orders come with a download card? I want to wait until I get my pre-order to listen to the album for the first time, but if it doesn't come with a DL, I guess I'll get a digital copy now.

Im sure some of it was but I know not every record store reports to Soundscan.

Tracking sucks most of the time on media mail. Came from Colorado, and the tracking didn't say anything until it was scanned in Capitol Heights, MD a week and a half later. Just kept saying shipping info received.

But I did eventually get it last week.

slightly off topic - did anybody get the set of lyric postcards? it's a set of images from the album with lyrics for one song on the back. there are 11 postcards total. one for each song plus a front cover postcard.

i got the set for free at the shop and i wasn't even buying the album. i just saw a bunch of them, asked the girl at the counter what they were and she asked if i wanted one.

I've only received my euro press so far, still waiting on No Idea, and VC. Although I'm just glad I can finally listen to it. As soon as I got it I played it 6 times in a row.

I finally got my copy over the weekend and just got a chance to play it this morning. I was disappointed to hear that this is a constant surface noise in the left channel throughout the whole record. It isn't that noticeable during the loud parts of the album but is definitely noticeable and distracting in the quieter moments. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if it is just an isolated incident. I'd love to hear any feedback on this. I am listening to a black pressing.

I have a black version and I didn't notice any surface noise, but I'd have to get back to you as I didn't listen all that closely.

my VC copy came today and they chucked in a copy of the self titled Kay kay and his weathered underground album...well they chucked in the gatefold cover anyway. I assume they simply forgot to put in the 2x12".

Will probably email them so they can have a laugh about it as well

the tracking on mine says it's been sitting in the Federal Way, WA USPS center for the past 5 days. Wheee...
