kyacrash
Picked this up a while back used...any idea who may have signed this? Looks like it says "Stone" or "Stomb". coulda just been the kid who owned it last, but you never know.
xxmartinxx
Could be Steve Jones (the guitar player). It looks like "Stone" and is probably the name of the previous owner.
jhulud
To me it looks like a very sloppy "Steve"

benjo09
Signed poster here and there isn't a signature like that
lifebystereo
Steve's signature is really inconsistent, though.
kyacrash
Steve's signature is really inconsistent, though. yea it is...quick google search turned up these: interesting to note he sometimes signs just his first name...the signature in that last pic kind of resembles the one in question. willbratt
I'm pretty sure that's Sid Vicious' John Hancock.
suburbanargyle
Could just be one of those doofuses that write their names on every record they have...I see this at thrift stores and flea markets a lot.
cadetapplesauce
Could just be one of those doofuses that write their names on every record they have...I see this at thrift stores and flea markets a lot. Well idk if I'd call them doofuses. My guess is that, back in the day (hence most of them being old albums that end up in thrift stores), when there wasn't a portable way to copy music and you wanted to lend a record to a friend, you'd have to write your name on it so nobody would steal it. I mean, that's my guess.
mclz
Yeah, some of my mom's records have her name written on them.

suburbanargyle
On topic, I have a 7" of Sibling Rivalry, which was Joey Ramone and his brother, that my dad found at a flea market a long time ago. It's signed on the cover, and I'm pretty sure it's Joey's signature, but I've never been able to confirm it.
