apeman Posted September 28, 2010 Share Posted September 28, 2010 That's crappy! My lp's came in a regular cardboard mailer with lots of bubble wrap. But maybe they only do that for international orders? Haven't had the best previous experiences with Merchnow, so that might have been pure luck, though. hankmurphy Posted September 29, 2010 Share Posted September 29, 2010 I ordered both albums about 1 day apart. Recieved Change Is A Sound over a week ago in a cardboard LP mailer with no problems. Sent Merchnow an e-mail and have yet to hear back. If a record is damaged during shipping despite being packaged well I keep my mouth shut, but a fucking envelope? Really?
