harby
Seriously? The Journey S/T LP re-pressed for RSD? A record that can be found in the 99 cent bin at just about every single record store across the country. The whole RSD thing is a great concept but it's getting a little out of hand. AlexH.
I had hoped this was a troll post. A special version of Fleetwood Mac's Rumors was also released today. Major labels still don't get it, details at 11.
xadamhudsonx
That Fleetwood Mac was expensive too... Stupid.

somethingvinyl
At least Rumors is a great record and deserves to be heard by newer generations. I saw a 180 Gram reissue of Boz Scaggs the other day. Does that really need a new audience?
harby
There's going to be a lot of stores sitting on heavy inventory of all these. Along with a shit ton of Jimi Hendrix 7"s.
AlexH.
At least Rumors is a great record and deserves to be heard by newer generations. Oh absolutely. But this album sold 20 million copies before CDs. It's not like there's a shortage of cheap good copies. http://www.musicstack.com/listings.cgi?find=fleetwood_mac&t=rumours&media=vinyllp

derkwithano
That Fleetwood Mac was expensive too...Stupid. bought it at a flea market a few months back for $1. still almost picked this one up but opted not to. such a good album
itmustbereal
I think everyone (including myself) has a great original copy of Rumours on the shelf. So I don't think the intent of this re-pressing is to try and sell a bunch more of whats alreay out there. What sets this RSD release apart, is that its a 2x 45rpm pressed at Pallas, so if this happens to be a favorite album, its probably worth picking up for the (hopefully) better sound quality. deafmx
I'd rather have the Boz Scaggs than Fleetwood Mac album. I think both old copies are sitting on the shelf of my mom's records either way.
