nico
The bonus 7" that came with the record, has double A-side labels, does anyone else have this too?
nico
Did anyone buy this record, or are there still 1499 copies available?
manicdogbert
i'm willing to bet that nobody else bought this record this time around since it was a terrible record when it first came out.
nico
Bad Brains never made a bad record and sadly I bought the cd when it came out. I hate myself for doing that. Hahaha

peanutuk
I also got one Although "God of Love" isnt in my top 5 of Bad Brains lps i had to still get one and dont forget they are one of the most important punk/hardcore bands of all time so they deserve respect It was still better than some of the RSD shit for sale that day !! manicdogbert
i respect them for the first three albums. maaaaybe even "Quickness", but even that is a stretch. everything after that is crap.
xjustinxschwierx
Quickness is still great, I even like the Rise album (even though that's not HR singing on it)...but I'd take that record over Build a Nation or this steaming pile of shit any day of the week. mxv
Fact: Quickness was the last good Bad Brains album. Fact2: they've put out so much crap and done so much to tarnish their reputation over the years that much like metallica, the bad brains are no longer capable of being a good band or even relevant. Just stick with those old records and pretend that the band died after that (which in a way it did) and you will be much happier, and have not wasted any money on steaming piles like god of love or build a nation or even that ridiculous record with the replacement singer. sharkie
Build a Nation was pretty good but they're terrible live now-a-days
peanutuk
Build a Nation was pretty good but they're terrible live now-a-days Thats pretty true , i've seen them live with HR , Chuck Mosley & I Joseph (or whatever his name was ) on vocals but last year when i saw them they were great musically but HR just stood there mumbling away !! I miss the days of the energetic Bad Brains we all loved And "Quickness" was a great lp
