manueledge
I really like the presentation on this! Would totally buy if I hadn't spent so much on other stuff lately...
Guest deathbydrums
Pretty sexy, but a bit too steep for 3 tapes. What's the deal with all the wooden boxes lately?
theinkd
i love the box!
AlexH.
Would buy for maybe $22. Tapes are like 80 cents to duplicate, come on.
bill
For a laugh I tried to see how much it would be with postage to me, $60, no thanks I could eat for a week no problem for that. It looks cool though, I wish I still had my cassette versions of the first 2 albums.
almightyseancore
i agree about the price. it's the only reason i'm passing. still an awesome release that i would love to have. also, dinosaur being titled dinosaur (w/o the jr) would've boosted the novelty. mxv
I want nothing to do with cassettes. Talk about an inferior medium!
derkwithano
wooden box = an excuse to overcharge eh I think it looks really good, and I assume it's not exactly cheap to make/screen, so, I am going to go with you being wrong on that one. Though this particular "box set" is definitely overpriced.
longwalkshortpiers
I have a soft spot for my old Dinosaur tapes so I caved in and bought it. Anybody need an extra Bug on cassette?
theinkd
i had to bite as well, i'm a sucker for Dinosaur Jr.
kriss
I want nothing to do with cassettes. Talk about an inferior medium! I love that tapes are having a resurgence because they just look so cool and they're as cheap as 7"s to buy new but I can't seem to get past the inferiority of them either. I have a couple of tapes that have come out in the last 12 months, but they have vinyl or CD counterparts that I listen to instead.
timwt
Already bought a Bug cs on their last tour (it was like $15! But I love Dinosaur Jr) and will prob still grab this.

jcamps
isn't their shit already all on tape?
patron
Would buy for maybe $22. Tapes are like 80 cents to duplicate, come on. If anyone runs a label that wants to dabble in a cassette release, Hosehead Records can duplicate them for you for much cheaper than 80 cents a tape. almightyseancore
Well shit, if that many people will overpay for three cassettes than more power to the label. The box did look sweet its easy and justifiable to tack on a few extra bucks considering its a collectors item. most folks think it an investment. holland623
this just landed in my inbox... Hello faithful mailorderer, You are receiving this email because you ordered the fantastic Dinosaur Jr. Cassette Trilogy. We regret to inform you that there has been a slight delay in the shipment of the Dinosaur Jr. Cassette Trilogy. If you need your copy for a Christmas gift, please email us back so that we can make sure you receive it in time.
