I'm assuming any label/distributor would want to keep at least 5% of their pressing numbers as a "fail safe" in case people were having problems with their original orders and needed an exchange or something (labels, please correct me if I'm wrong here). I'm guessing since it's been ~4 months since the original sale date, it's safe for them to sell the final few to the public again. I feel like this is what most companies do (at least from watching labels release their last "mini batch" of that record 3-12 months after the sale date). But again, just speculating here.
