Favorite use of music in film?

I was bored and was thinking about this, and felt like seeing what other VC users thought. What is your favorite use of music in a movie? Not just your favorite movie soundtrack, but what specific part in the movie works exceptionally well with the specific music?

For me, I'd have to say my favorite is when 'East Hastings' by Godspeed You! Black Emperor is played at the beginning of 28 Days Later when Jim comes out of the hospital and realizes he is one of the only people left in London. It fits the post-apocalyptic setting so perfectly. but then again, GY!BE is my favorite band, so i'm kind of biased in that regard.

I also liked the use of Sigur Ros-Festival in 127 hours. they couldn't have picked a more triumphant song for when he got out of it alive.

for some reason rob zombie texas chainsaw massacre comes to mind. I just really loved the whole soundtrack for that movie.

two off the top of my head: the entire Garden State soundtrack worked flawlessly both in the movie and on its own as like a mixtape. also, the first two seasons of Weeds had such an amazing soundtrack.
