I worked for USPS. unless the tracking system is down, it takes 1-2 hours after the item is scanned for it to be reflected online. "electronic info received" just means she printed a label on stamps.com. hasn't actually been shipped yet. unless she has shipped them in the last hour or two. The USPS site I use just sends them to the sort facility without scanning usually, and sometimes its taken a day or two to go to the facility...at least according to tracking. But hey if people are suspicious to each their own. I'll give it another few days before I'd really get worried. I have had people take a while to send me a package before.
