sacredheart
So it seems that John Ralston has another band called Invisible Music, which is him, a few guys from Legends of Rodeo and a few others. They quietly put out an album in 2012 that you can get on their bandcamp site athttp://invisiblemusic.bandcamp.com/. Just got my copy in the mail toay, and typical to John's work, is amazing. dreamover
somethingvinyl
I wish this guy could have a bigger following because he's a great songwriter.

dreamover
Wow. Thanks for posting this. Love john and LOR. I hate how his stuff flies way below the radar. I even follow him on twitter and I don't remember him ever posting about this. I loved his last solo record that got a vinyl release as well. sacredheart
I dont know if it is becuse he has a day job, or if he just prefers being super quiet about his releases, but it is a shame that he doesnt get more attention. I was excited when he first signed to Vagrant, but they did absolute shit for him. Only tours he ever got were through his friendship with Chris Carrabba, who I saw him on tour with before Vagrant picked him up. I read an interview in the past year or two that said he is done touring now that he has a family, so that might be part of the reason too. Also, if you go to the Legends of Rodeo bandcamp, they have two albums of unreleased stuff. Mp3 only sadly, but still great to hear. whose_thare

sacredheart
Totally worth getting. It is a little more eletric guitar than on Sorry Vampire I think, but great. Cant beat the price. When I got mine, I got some poloroids he had taken included.

whose_thare
I love John Ralston. He's one of those "why isn't he huge?" kind of artists that frustrate the living hell out of me. Met him back in 07-08 and he was incredibly nice. I still got the Cats 7inch he sold me. Reallllllly cool purchase. I need to buy his other stuff. Thanks for posting this.
