Agreed. They are super consistent with me. With Love and Squalor will always be my favorite, but TV en Francais still had some great songs too. I guess I'll have to pull the trigger on this, unless teal is going to be available elsewhere... 9 dollar shipping is killing me.

I would gladly throw my money towards Square Enix for the FF7 and 8 picture discs if they were available in the US. Does anyone know the best way to import these?

I hated Neck of the Woods so much when it first came out, I stopped listening to SSPU for years, even though Carnavas is one of my favorite albums ever. Eventually, I gave it another couple tries, and while I still think it's their worst album, it grew on me. This new album was enjoyable right off the bat, but I agree it's not their strongest material. Circadian Rhythm is probably one of the best songs they've ever released, but (with the exception of Nightlight and maybe the first couple tracks), nothing really stood out as a song that I needed to replay over and over again. Honestly though, I'm just glad this wasn't another album that made me hate the band again.

I ordered this some time last week and received a black copy. Returned it and bought a colored one on Discogs instead.

Damn, that blows. "I Didn't Just Come Here To Dance" is my jam. Still a must purchase though.

The important question is, how does it sound? I remember my original pressing sounds like shit, which makes me sad because this is one of my favorite albums ever. I will probably buy this regardless, but I'll buy it immediately if it actually sounds good.

Was about to preorder this along with a copy of Fantasies, but then I saw that Fantasies was sold out. I hope they restock that otherwise I'll be cursing myself for failing to pick it up while it's in print AGAIN. Regardless, I really dig The Shade and am pretty hopeful for the new album.

I'm pretty confused at the point you are trying to make. You are saying that not many people listen to electronic music anymore, yet it lives on in pop music, which is what the majority of people listen to?
