Awesome! I did the same thing prior to DMing them on Twitter. Sent an email with my issue on a Monday night, then two days passed without hearing a word, so then I just said screw it and messaged 'em directly on Twitter with my issue and it was resolved within 10 minutes. When I was visiting home last weekend, the local record store had a copy, so I bought it even though I knew my SRC Vinyl copy was coming at some point. I just really wanted to listen to it and got too anxious. I'm not looking to jack the price up on you or anything, so DM me if you're interested in taking it off my hands. I, too, had mine preordered for months and they told me about a week ago that they just cancelled the order as they were going to be unable to receive the item, and that was that. I came here to see if that happened to anyone else. I'll try dealing with their customer service now to see if I can't the same deal you did. EDIT: Well, that was easy. The current page doesn't show that and I never got a digital copy. But then again, I had to fight two cs reps just to get them to ship me the damn thing a month after it released.
