Got my copies in the mail today. The mixed color variant (I got this weird sludgy purple) is oddly fitting, and the clear just looks kickass.

Ah, the dreaded 3AM typo that makes me seem like the stereotypical vinyl fanboy. My bad, vinyl. I'd always thought it just needed to be remixed/remastered to sound better for vinyl, and that most releases just used the same masters and that's why most mainstream releases don't have much dynamic range, but I have apparently been very wrong. Thanks for the link!

Heya all, did a quick google search and came up with pretty much nothing, so I figured I'd actually ask a crowd that is knowledgeable to the subject. As we all know, vinyl sound better when they're mastered / engineered for bring pressed instead of digitization, etc. Does anyone know if the Say Anything vinyl releases were just the same files for the CD releases, or if they were actually bothered with to make them sound better? Any certain pressings or variants I need to stay away from / make sure to get?

I might be making this up, but I know Bridge 9 Records has some NFG for sale, and I believe some of the variants you're looking for might be on there, but I'm sure.

As a newbie to the forums (and hopefully one of the least annoying,) I haven't an idea what you're referring to, but I'm fighting the urge to make some cheap joke about spiritualism.

I've chatted with Sam Means (of the band) and when we spoke about a repress (earlier in the year) he said it'd be at least Spring 2013 before things really went into action, and even then, there'd have to be certain demand for it. I'd definitely kill for a pressing of Dog Problems or any of their stuff, really.

Anyone know offhand what kidneys are going for on the black market? There are definitely some things on your list I'd be willing to part with one for. Bump, for my brokeness.

Definitely gonna have to pick this up. American Idiot would be awesome on red (as has been said numerous times) and as a whole is an awesome rock opera, but the individual songs could offer more on their own. 21CB was a letdown, definitely digging the trilogy though, but as Travis said, they'd probably been better picking the best songs and offering a single album. What do you think the chances are of Insomniac, this, Tre, Dookie, etc. all still being in stock when Hot Cash is usable?
