They don't have order tracking nor do they send out shipping emails. I'm guessing they've not got their copies yet as they're only just starting to turn up in America. Keep on this thread and I'll post when I get my copy from Banquet and that should give a rough idea when to start expecting it. So long as you've got a confirmation they'll only be in touch if there's a problem.

The UK press by Banquet was: Coke bottle green /200 Grey/clear split /300 Although I believe about half of the grey/clear were destroyed in a warehouse fire during the riots last year so that is actually more limited.

Banquet have put this up for pre-order in the UK

I don't think the numbering is as clear cut as that. I have all three colours numbered as blue:74 red:191 white:829
