  1. Thanks everyone. Luckily most everyone pays with cards and all that was in the drawer was the change....last night was actually the first time I decided "nothing was going to happen" and left the damn drawer in it. So stupid.
  2. Fucking bummer. Got my register, my monitor, my ipod, all my t-shirts for some reason, a handful of CD's and a few 7"s for some really odd reason. Drag city. If you're out in the Bay Area this weekend and want to spend some cash here that'd rule! 1-2-3-4 Go! Records 419 40th Street Oakland, CA 94609 www.1234gorecords.com
  3. Oh...and prices are not postage paid...and it's a paypal only deal if you want something. If you pay by this Sunday night records will ship on Monday. Word.
  4. Get your instant Op Ivy collection right here. post your questions if you got 'em. Energy (First press with Laytonville address) $40 Hectic 7" (First press, serial numbered) $20 Plea For Peace 7" (First press, white vinyl w/booklet) $25 Lint, King of Ska 7" (First Press with stamps) $15 '69 Newport 7" (First press) $15
  5. Man I wish you could do more than 4 at a time. I'm way too impatient
  6. That's not even all of it. I stopped putting things on recordnerd because it kept crashing awhile back.
  7. My old boss had a whole room dedicated to displaying his records like this at his house. He built all of the shelves himself because you're really not going to find these types of things for sale in a whole lot of stores...if at all. For everyone complaining about the price...you have obviously never looked in to custom cabinetry. When you have something made like this it costs an arm and a leg even though it doesn't look like it's made of much. Add in shipping on something large and heavy and you've got a pretty pricey piece of furniture. Anyone ever look at getting Ikea to ship anything? It's fucking retarded. Anyway I don't expect that a lot or any people on this board will actually order anything. I think you'll have much better luck with local sales if that's at all possible. The shipping is just brutal.
  8. Yeah. I was typing off of an invoice I got. All of that stuff is available in my store and some of it is in the webstore...like I said it takes a long time to put that many items in to the webstore. I like to have images and tracklists for everything.
  9. In this dudes defense I think you guys aren't accounting for the fact that this is postage paid in the US and it's probably a pretty significant weight when shipped.
  10. I'd like to offer a suggestion if I may...small divider to create seperate LP slots. It looks like the records would rub up against each other. I could see that being a pain in the ass. A divider would fix it.
  11. Yo yo yo. I just sent this update to everyone on my mailing list but I figured some people here might be interested. If there's something you can get from VC by all means hit Virgil up first but I think I'm getting a lot of stuff he doesn't have. Sorry if this is toe stepping at all. Anywaaaay... ___________________________ Hey Everyone, Things are really picking up down at the store and I'm having some trouble keeping the webstore updated. So I'm going to try something new here with the updates. In an effort to keep everyone who signed up for the mailing list in the loop, every other week I'll send out an update with pretty much all the new stuff that has come in over the previous week or so. Some things will be in the webstore and some won't because of how fast things sell out and how long it takes to update that damn thing. If you don't live near the store and you'd like to order something you've got two options. You can place an order on the website for anything that's up there just like normal...or you can email me a list of what you want off the list and the website and I'll get back to you ASAP with your total. This will be a paypal only deal though. I can't do Money Orders with this stuff because of how quickly things go in and out of stock. Anyway here's the big old list of stuff that's come in recently...anything with an asterisk before it should be on the website as well. Let me know if you have any questions at all. If you want to order don't forget to include your address! 12. I don't know why I was hoping for some sort of consensus on the internet but I really was haha
  13. I thought someone sent me a PM from here about a couple of Mt. Eerie records in my shop that I was out of stock on at the time but I can't find the message. Anyway...I've got Drums and Singers back in stock. You can hit them up in my webstore at http://www.1234gorecords.com/catalog
  14. It's my understanding that someone somewhere figured out that the best time to end an auction is Sunday at 6pm. My question to you is...if you're bidding on something...and you could choose when it ended for your own bidding convenience sake...when would you have it end. Like what day of the week and time of day.
  15. I just sent this to everyone on my mailinglist but I thought I'd hit you guys up to. If you're around you should pop by tomorrow! Manifesto is pretty much handling all the festivities so I can gaurantee that cool stuff will be going down. Hey everyone, Just wanted to drop you all a note to let you know a little bit about tomorrow's (Saturday April 5th) "Grand" opening festivities for 1-2-3-4 Go! Records and Manifesto Bikes. I know we've been open for over two weeks but we can't resist hoping on to a party. There's going to be cool stuff going on from Noon to 7pm and so far this is what the schedule looks like 1pm to 4pm: Screen Printing 2pm: Piñata bashing 3pm: Ugly Bike Contest 4pm: Pizza and "Adult" beverages (adults being defined as those 21+) and Raffles will be held every hour (from 1pm to 5pm) featuring gift certificates from 1-2-3-4 Go! and I'm not sure what from Manifesto. I'm sure they'll have infinitely cooler stuff most likely related to bikes! The vast majority of this will be taking place in the secret party alley/back yard located right next to us at 417 40th Street in Oakland. We'll also be giving away silk screened Grand Opening posters illustrated by Pat Hynes! They look pretty much like this but 18 x 24! So come down, have fun, wish us well, buy stuff, beat up a beer shaped Piñata and BS for awhile! Steve @ 1-2-3-4 Go! Records www.1234gorecords.com 510-985-0325 Hours: Noon to 7pm - 7 Days a Week!
  16. Naw I'm just bad about updating the system side of things. Thanks for your patience with the record. Between the number of orders we took for it and opening the store this month has been bat shit crazy and everything took longer than expected.
  17. Tons of new stuff since you were last in too. Interpunk doesn't even have the "interpunk" version anymore. They're selling white copies until they're gone.
  18. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who wanted to grab a copy of this record and hasn't yet. I'm sold out and No Idea is down to 7 copies. If you want to get one I'd get it quickly. I know Interpunk has them right now and you can try No Idea. This will be out of print for at least another 3 months and when it comes back the cover will be different and it'll be a new master.
  19. Water with a splash of windex. I learned it from my first boss at a record store. Works like a charm. Clean with a very soft fabric. He always used cloth diapers.
