Yes, I am going to do 50 Silent Hill cassettes and will ship internationally. I think about 25 have been claimed as of right now. Also, it will be the forth thing I release, so I do have two 3" CDs and the lathe right before Silent Hill.

Still waiting on my lathes and almost done with the first 3" CD release on my DIY label, but I totally want to do an unofficial release of the Silent Hill OST for all the fans out there. I could totally fund a 3" CD of it with a quicker and more limited run, but I figure everyone would love a tape instead. Or....depending on how my lathes turn out I could totally go that way and fund 30-50 lathes featuring the best tracks on the OST (there are about 41 tracks that are very short total) with original artwork on maybe 8" or 10" lathe cuts.

and what about silent hill 2?

I expect punk rock values from the band whose label mates are Fergie and Imagine Dragons!

First off, sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum. Mods, feel free to move it if it is.

 

I was just curious if anyone else has noticed many, if not most, of their brand new records are covered in tiny scratches? I was thinking that maybe it could have something to do with the Audioquest carbon fiber brush I use (even though I apply no pressure at all), or is this more to do with lack of quality control? Either way I find its frustrating opening up a brand new (and usually overpriced) album only to find its beat up on the surface already. Granted, these are tiny surface scratches scattered throughout (or scrapes) and most of the time appear to not be audible, but I still find it disappointing.

clarify this to me: why does this band(especially this album) so popular? it seems like the've sold shitload of coloured records and will sell much more if they get repressed. whats with it?
