I am not pleased. I do not like paying for your shipping supplies. These are not suitable for mailers anyways and I would be disappointed in a seller using these. Also if USPS discovers your deception the buyer might be on the hook for the priority rate, or the package returned to seller.

Email them. They will set you up with an exchange. They are great guys.

Got my Bleep order today. Poor packaging. The mailer was about half the thickness of an Amazon mailer. Definitely not suitable for international shipments. It ended up with a couple of bent corners. The good news is they shipped the record outside the jacket so no seam splits.

Your tracking force is set too high. Look in the manual for the instructions on adjusting the counterweight.

I don't think all VIPs are getting postcards. The postcard says "Since you graciously supported me on the last album...". When I ordered it didn't say anything about VIP. It also had a high pressing number. I think there probably will be a different VIP version.

Check the link carefully. There are a couple extra characters in one word of the url that could be easily overlooked.

Came home last night and mine and my neighbors packages were just laying on the grond in front of the mail boxes. None were put int the lock boxes.

Back in April, mine was shipped USPS media mail.

I had the same issue with this unit. I just took a stack of 12" stiffeners from my mail-order purchases and shoved them under the middle. You can push them back far enough that they are not visible from the front. It may take some time, but it will straighten back out. I haven't had an issue since.

I ordered as well. During checkout it sad they process orders manually, so I think some of us may be getting cancellations. But I am still hopeful.

When I ordered the splatter version, the product page said it will ship in 3-4 weeks.
