Kinda got screwed on this due to website oddities. I added this to my cart and went to checkout, it asked me to login. When I logged in it swapped out this release for a Mogwai release that I had added to my cart a while back. So when I completed checkout, I had actually ordered the Mogwai album and not this one. Had to place another order for this item. Not a huge deal, but money I did not necessarily want to spend.

Please explain. I thought I was just putting forth my logical argument/opinion. I am afeared people may be reading emotion into it. Again, I tried to keep the comments generic and never resorted to personal attacks.

Why do people have to resort to name calling? I have not called anyone a name, I have not resorted to personal attacks, I am just stating my opinion. I have returned very few items. Almost 100% of what I have returned was because of improper packaging. I have only had one or two cases where the damage was caused by the carrier. You guys act as if I return almost everything. If the seller packages properly there is very rarely damage.

If offered, I purchase it. If not offered, not my problem.

I have a contract with the seller to deliver the item I ordered in the condition I ordered it in. The seller has a contract with the delivery service to deliver the item presented to them in the same condition it was received. So damage during shipping is not my concern as I have no recourse with the delivery company. Not exactly. 1070 in collection, and I mail-ordered each and every one.

If a record is described in a certain condition, I expect to receive it in that condition.
