  1. A used copy of this is up for $30 (free shipping) at amoeba.com http://www.amoeba.com/meteora-gold-vinyl-lp-linkin-park/albums/3100285/
  2. Nothing to do with any clearance sale, but there was a small article on philly.com today about oldies.com. http://www.philly.com/philly/business/small_business/20140207_If_you_like_oldies_music_and_classic_movies__get_to_know_Oldies_com.html
  3. I bought each version of the bootleg when they came out a couple years ago fom Aural Exploits.com (not a plug - i don't think they are around anymore (i never got screwed by them but their reputation wasn't the best)) and they don't sound too bad. The weight on the opaque marbled vinyl was nice and that version came with a better quality jacket and full color inserts etc.
  4. yup - check the first page of this thread - it has all the info. http://boards.vinylcollective.com/topic/82307-tool-vinyl-buying-guide-originalboots-etc/page-1 the bootlegs have all the serial #s/barcodes etc copied over from the original.
  5. Haha d!ck. I ordered from them before with no problem but now the jinx is on. Thanks.
  6. Yup - just pre-ordered for $24 (+ shipping) from SRC. Will be nice to finally have this.
  7. Aenima yellow vinyl is $30 at Amoeba http://www.amoeba.com/aenima-yellow-vinyl-lp-tool/albums/3086976/
  8. read this and had to laugh at some of the descriptions - "stunning" and "electrifying" seem a bit excessive for the sleeve of a 45 - although maybe it's tongue-in-cheek
  9. Nine Miles from the White City (vault package 16) is available @ Amoeba for $60. Free shipping in the U.S. http://www.amoeba.com/nine-miles-from-the-white-city-red-and-white-vinyl-lp-the-white-stripes/albums/3084697/ EDIT - looks like it sold
  10. Thanks - been looking for either of those for years. Still holding out hope. Maybe some the power of the Boognish will rub off on me (wait - that didn't come out right).
  11. Looking for original U.S. presses of Blind Melon Soup and Down Nola in good shape. Have original pressings of Mars Volta Deloused and Frances the Mute to trade. Both Deloused and Frances are in good shape with no marks or scratches with all inserts and covers in good shape. First transaction here but have a few under my belt on EBay (username on EBay is Aldine47) and one purchase on Discogs (also Aldine47). Please PM me with any questions or offers etc. Thanks.
  12. Got this yesterday from SSD and listened this morning. Sound is really good. Glad to finally have this in the collection. Aesthetically, the color is almost exactly like the original pressing of Nirvana's Incesticide - almost a marble baby blue color.
  13. I was able to order one on black friday and have yet to hear anything - the status in my order history still reads 'new'.
  14. I saw that on the vault message board some appear to be darker than others, but it looks there are none more black than mine. Oh well, so it goes. Will definitely get some popcorn and watch the vault message board to see how pi$$ed people get.
  15. Got my vault package in the mail today. Gonna listen tonight but first thing I noticed is that one record is black rather than the rawhide & tobacco color they promised. Not as "fun" but as long as it sounds fine I can't complain.
  16. This is up in SRC's clearance section for $29.99. Not sure if it's black or clear but at this price, it isn't much more than the recent Atlantic reissue. http://www.shopradiocast.com/products/Stone-Temple-Pilots-%252d-Core-2XLP.html
  17. Some replacement stock is up in the vault novelties section - Fargo DVD, Hello Operator 7" Picture Disc, and the 2009 Singles Compilation. http://thirdmanstore.com/vault/vault-novelties
  18. Unfortunately, MOV is always pricey (coming from Holland I think) - $35 for a single LP...
  19. Its up on Soundstage Direct http://www.soundstagedirect.com/stone-temple-pilots-tiny-music-180-gram-vinyl-records.shtml Dont forget to use the 10% off code "LP10" (EDIT - LP10 code doesn't work for this)
  20. The black version of Nevermind is still available from the ORG shop: http://orgmusic.merchnow.com/products/160717/nevermind-black-lp As well as: In Utero - http://orgmusic.merchnow.com/products/160721/in-utero-black-lp Incesticide (clear vinly) - http://orgmusic.merchnow.com/products/165610/incesticide-clear-lp
