  1. $14 shipped is crazy! I bought locally, never regret doing that, and even for $25 I felt like it was a deal. Time to review HT's vinyl stock again though..
  2. This album rules, probably my fav of 2013 so far. And the record is going for like $15-$17, gatefold cover. Other bands, take note, do more of this.
  3. I'll be getting They Live for the artwork alone. Everything I've bought from Death Waltz so far has been Carpenter stuff. I should probably get Zombi 2 at a reasonable price before it's too late.
  4. I thought about this too..I love them so I'm torn, def don't want to miss out, but you can still get Option Paralysis pretty easily. Hmmm
  5. Yeah, I got mine this week and it sounds great. Tragically, it arrived with two pretty major bends in the bend, both front and back. Amazon UK doesn't pack their vinyl even as well as Amazon USA. Mine came in almost just a sleeve that you tear open instead of one of the bigger boxes like I normally get domestically. Bummer. Records themselves were luckily intact.
  6. What's up with the "signed booklet attached?" Is it a cd slipcase? Also, what do they sign it, "nameless ghoul?" This band is ridiculous, but I love Opus Eponymous. Looking forward to the new one.
  7. I got Soundgarden - Telephantasm on there a couple of months ago for something like $22. Don't know if it's still around, but that was definitely a deal on that triple LP.
  8. I got this through soundstagedirect. Gatefold packaging, black vinyl. $18
  9. Nice to see Blind Melon finally getting a reissue. Wonder how limited that one will be..
  10. Well thanks for posting about it, at least I won't be taken by surprise and either a) impulse buy or have no cash to make this ridiculous and deliberate purchase.
  11. Finally got this in and had the chance to listen to it. Speaking as a big Manson fan who has most of the OG pressings, this is really nicely done, especially for the money. Wish one of my HT stores around here would have got it in so I could have cherry picked a nice copy, mine arrived with one of the corners really bent. Sounds like some of yours arrived in better condition and some worse. Minimal warping on my copy. It sounded good to my ears, and will definitely get more spins that the picture disc I got at Hot Topic many years ago. Also, for the record, I'd totally double dip on Mechanical Animals if it had the original tracklisting. Probably will regardless. I know the "main albums" will likely get first priority, but I'd love to see the ultra rare Golden Age of Grotesque get a pressing, and to my knowledge Eat Me, Drink Me and the High End of Low were NEVER pressed.
  12. Well, after shipping I'd imagine the shirts would be almost the same price there. Dammit, now I'm tempted about that signed one. Hmmm...
  13. These are totally badass. I didn't realize Creepshow had ever even been pressed. I love some of the score and music cues to that one. I've got some soundtracks as well, Suspiria and Dawn of the Dead, these are recent imports, the original Day of the Dead score, and a few of Death Waltz releases, mainly the Carpenter stuff. Nice collection!
  14. $50? Pretty much double what you'll end up paying otherwise. Makes me curious as to why it got pushed back if there are already copies done though. I got the amazon delay e-mail as well. On a related note, did they have those "Dawn of the D" shirts at the show using Kyle's head and the Dawn of the Dead font? They're $15 on their site at the moment, but if they had them for say $25 at the show I'd consider it.
