Here's my haul from the show in San Diego a few days ago. picked up the ToS EP along with Golden & Essentials. Decided to bring my FP LP and Count the Eyes 7 inch on the chance I'd get to meet the band. They ended up doing a little meet and greet by the merch table after the show. Such a great time hopefully they'll do a tour with HUM now.

Eh I debated taking a picture of the merch but figured it was all covered by now. The ToS print is just like the tour shirts but had a a green background and maybe a bit more detail. Honestly next to the other one it was a bit boring. I'd keep an eye on the website if you want one it looked like they had a ton of them and they only have 1 show left so I'm guessing the extras will end up on line. Yeah I wish I could have gotten a Spaceman print but they seem to play shows around me when I'm at the end of my pay cycle.

So I saw them last night in San Diego both the Tree of Stars and Spaceman prints were 75. It's strange that they keep changing the pricing. everything else seemed the same 25-30 for the shirts, ToS EP was 10, Golden and the 2 disc Essentials were 20 each.

Oh man I was totally going to buy that copy! Sounds like it found a good home.

Since I manged to get the RSD Pennyroyal Tea 7in I'd take a picture of my Nirvana stuff. Sorry the pic a bit blurry had to stand on my couch to get everything in the shot. Fun to look at this stuff all together, I've been collecting Nirvana stuff since I was 12 or 13. From their FB: "There are no opening acts on any of the Tree of Stars tour dates. The show will run similar to what we did at the El Rey show in February. Short opening Film, followed by an extended set of Failure songs. For this tour, since people have not seen us play live in so long, we want to be able to play a wide breadth of material from all 3 albums. An opening act would cut down our set list significantly." Enjoy guys

YES YES YES YES YES!

I went it was great they sounded super tight, great sonic guitar tones. They started with a video montage of movies that inspired them projected on a screen that covered the stage: 2001, Ren and Stimpy's Space Madness, Bond movie inter-cut with the Suck on You video, Solaris (Russian), a few others that I can't remember the name of, and finally Fantastic Planet. The screen/ curtain dropped and the band launched into as far as I can remember the set-list above. The lighting was simple but very cool. Again sound great. It looked like they had a nice camera recording it from the sound booth so maybe we'll get some video other videos soon. As for merch they had 4 different shirts for 25.00, a Fantastic Planet post signed by all 3 members for $50. You only get the 7 inch with the special ticket and unfortunately I didn't have one. But someone did let me look at trier's and the songs are Solaris (2014 version) and Shrine. Here's some pics I took with my crappy cell phone camera:

I ordered an LP from In-Sound a few weeks ago and when it showed up I was super bummed that my brand new LP had a deep scratch in it. I was dreading emailing them and arguing over the return shipping coast + a delay in getting the new one out till they got the old. To my surprise I received an email the new day asking about some of the details about the order, after that they sent me a new LP and let me keep the scathed one. In-Sound gets an A+ in my book I'd be happy to order from them again.

Starting to not care might save some time and money and just get the black on from my local record store.

I meant HUM, since they said they were holding back on the announcement because the band wanted to be involved.

See they can't even get their announcements out on time. I'm guessing it's not HUM since they didn't have anything to do with the YPAA reissue, bummer.
