  1. Someone did that when I saw him a couple months ago. So embarrassing.
  2. King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - Quarters www.dropcards.com/vinyl QTPXCD969C The National - Boxer www.beggarsgroupusa.com/promo UPC: 607618025212 BOX7P7Z5464
  3. I've got Our Cubehouse Still Rocks, and Zero to 99. I'd do $26 PPD for the pair if you want.
  4. Blade, I was looking through some old concert posters for a 200 capacity venue in town and came across this one. Made me think of you. This show would have been crazy.
  5. Hopefully I can finally get a copy of this album.
  6. Here's my about me, updated from last year's thread My name is Jared. I'm 26 and I live in Salt Lake City. I'm into all sorts of music. I love 90s indie (labels like Elephant 6, UP, etc), shoegaze, stoner/doom metal, folk/americana (especially with female vocals), post rock, ambient, Electronic, post-punk, jazz, and everything in between. Some of my favorite bands are Pavement, Built to Spill, The Radio Dept., Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Mogwai, Low, Radiohead, Ty Segall, The Microphones/Mount Eerie, Melvins, Jason Isbell, Eagle Twin, LCD Soundsystem, Wilco, Guided by Voices, Earth, Neil Young, and many more. Here's my Discogs page for reference As for other activities, I'm a big car/motorcycle guy. I love anything vintage European and Japanese. Someday, I'd love to restore a BMW 2002 and build a custom cafe racer style bike (out of an old BMW airhead or Honda CB). It's just a pipe dream for now though. I go to a lot of car meets/cruises/shows with my brother in his 78 Classic Mini (the link isn't his car, but you get the idea). I also help friends work on their cars. It's a fun hobby. I haven't been buying many records lately because all my money is going toward building a sleeper BMW M3 sedan. Here's a link documenting the build, if you're into cars and want to give it a read. I haven't been a lot in the last few years, but I love snowboarding in the winter. I'm hoping to make it up the mountain a lot more in the coming months. I go to a ton of shows. I average about two or three a week. I love traveling for shows when I can. I try to make a trip over to Red Rocks every summer. I'm hoping to travel more often. Whenever I'm somewhere new, I try and stop by a record store and ask the clerk for some local band recommendations. I love buying cool local music. Maybe you could include some of your favorite local bands or maybe your band if you're in one. Like any other young adult, play video games (PS4/Xbox One/Nintendo Switch) and watch a lot of movies/TV. Some favorite shows are Arrested Development, Orphan Black, The IT Crowd, Danger 5, 30 Rock, Stranger Things, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Silicon Valley, etc. I'm not super picky, so I'm sure I'll love whatever I'm given. Thanks! Here's my Instagram if it helps.
  7. Same here about Charles Bradley. I was supposed to see him again a couple months ago opening for The Roots, but it was one of the dates he canceled. I'm glad I got to see him once though. Have you listened to Laetitia Sadier's new album yet? I saw her live a couple months ago and it was incredible. I'm a sucker for anything Stereolab related though.
  8. If you can get it for cheap and you've got the space to store it, you can make some good money parting a car out. I paid $4,100 after all the auction fees for the M3 and I've made back about $3,000 so far, and that was without selling any of the Engine/Transmission/Suspension components. I've still got a ton of parts to sell from that car, plus all the parts I pulled out of my car to install the M3 parts. I should be able to get at least another $2-3,000 out of the rest of it. Considering an engine alone would have cost me $3-6,000, I've been able to do this project for relatively cheap.
  9. I'm in the middle of a huge car project. I bought a totaled BMW M3 and I'm swapping over EVERYTHING into my standard sedan all because I really wanted an M3, but I like sedans more than coupes and I wanted to build a "sleeper". I'm learning a lot of patience, but the project is almost done. I'm super excited about it. Here's a build thread if anyone is interested. http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=568457

  11. I got one a few weeks ago to have something to do on some flights. It's been awesome so far. On my first flight, the screens in my section of the plane quit working so everyone was pissed they couldn't watch movies anymore. My brother and I were able to play some Mario Kart on the Switch, and it was awesome. On my flight home I ended up sitting next to the drummer from Wolf Parade. I should have offered to let him play some Mario Kart with me. haha
  12. I'm loving this. Thanks for posting it! I saw Mono last night and Subrosa opened. Excellent as always. On the way in the venue was giving out free tickets for a couple shows, so I'm seeing Pallbearer on Monday and Big Business next month.
  13. Normally I RSVP to events on Facebook, but this one just slipped through the cracks.
  14. Alcest was here yesterday and I forgot about it. Kicking myself today. : (
  15. This will be my third time. First was on the Hawk is Howling tour and second was the Rave Tapes tour last year. This should be an interesting experience because they're playing Atomic in it's entirety and screening the film.
