I got most of what I wanted this Record Store Day, but I missed out on Elephant. I checked my local record store and they were sold out, BUT, they had a lot of leftovers that I'd be willing to buy and trade for a copy of Elephant. I'm also open to other trades, but Elephant is my first priority. Also looking for other White Stripes/Jack White releases. Here's what I can remember off hand. This is why I was asking about Independent I got some steals from them a few years ago. I took a trip from Salt Lake to Denver to see The Dead Weather and decided to go check out Independent before the show. They had a display of albums (brand new and sealed) for $0.33 each, which was pretty unbelievable. I got 31 records for $11 and some change, some of the records being Weirdo Rippers by No Age, a Stone Roses picture disc , two Parts & Labor albums, All but two of the Radiohead singles released by Capitol, etc. I haven't been back since then, and I was wondering if sales like that were a regular thing?

Just curious, why is Independant Records worthless?

Just got mine today. I was a little worried when I opened my mailbox. it was packaged in a bubble mailer, and the mailman had shoved it into the mailbox. It took a little bit of wiggling to get it dislodged. Everything was fine though. No damage or seam splits. Any word on another tour? I want to see these guys so bad.

Got part of my order a few days ago. Portishead's self titled and the My Morning Jacket live acoustic album showed up. Wire's Pink Flag is still on backorder with no updates yet and they canceled my Silver Jews album and gave me a $10 credit. Edit: Also, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs Zero 12" single mentioned in the OP is back in stock.

That looks great. Can't wait to pick it up. Also, I just listened to Cassino for the first time. They're great. I think I'll pick up some of their stuff on RSD as well.

Ordered two of these. I figure you can't really go wrong with anything on Polyvinyl.

I'm really enjoying this Bothers EP. I think I'll pick up a copy!
