  1. Right, I see. I dealt with an ESOP, not an ESPP now that I think about it. I mixed the two up. I dealt with a company separation awhile back, so I went through tax hell trying to figure everything out. I think you're right. You wouldn't be able to roll over directly, but if you sold it and then contributed to an IRA, it would lessen the impact of the capital gains in theory I suppose. Well, wish you the best of luck figuring everything out!
  2. *Also not an expert but have dealt with this stuff at another company and heavily invested in the market+ a tiny bit in crypto* Youll get taxed out the wazoo on that, and it'll be more painful if you don't sell them during the correct offering period. Most ESPP plans have the small print rules for how not to get taxed as well as other stipulations. I would recommend rolling your ESPP distributions over into an IRA/IRA Roth and then diversifying your spread of investments to avoid distribution taxes. Fidelity is really great and super easy to setup. Might check them out. Would recommend getting proffessional help that knows the tax code extremely well because you can get screwed really easily. Lowes, like most companies, should have free pros to help through whatever institution they use for their retirement plans.
  3. If you can verify his address and name is all legally correct and the person you are dealing with you could take it to small claims court depending on where you live. A legal action would force him to comply. I would recommend the advice of counsel though. Sometimes all it takes is a scary legal letter in the mail to fix it.
  4. The Incredibles OST is getting a pressing. Up on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Incredibles-LP-Michael-Giacchino/dp/B07989QMY6
  5. Im waiting on a transparent red or red swirl to match the artwork. Yellow and clear splatter is just not aesthetically pleasing.
  6. I dunno what the ill is against Sumerian. They've been a great label to bands like Periphery, Crosses, Oceano etc. They do a really great job in regards to vinyl.
  7. Aoty: Night Sins ‎– Dancing Chrome Van Halen - 1984 Glad to have you around again Sec.
  8. I think the discogs prices for the CDs are more interesting to look at. One just sold for $200 yesterday.
  9. Really dug some of the stuff on their last album. Hope they fully expand their sound on this one. They still haven't hit their full potential.
  10. I can’t wait to see what the macaroni art gatefold looks like.
  11. Wow. That’s some next level shit. Uniquely damaged paper bags! So glad I didn’t cancel my order.
  12. Purging my collection piece by piece. Trying to sell my copy of violent waves. Like new condition and hasn't been played. Asking $63 shipped (PPD). Can have it shipped as soon as tomorrow (Monday). US only, please. TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED. Stored in non-smoking home. Shipped outside the jacket in a mailer. No refunds or returns. Not responsible for skipping or surface noise.
  13. While I’d be okay with this I want him to play Hal Jordan. He’d be perfect as a Green Lantern.
  14. I really like Affleck as Batman. Not crazy about his Bruce Wayne. As much as he keeps whining he will for sure be out soon. I think in my head Gyllenhaal could be a great Batman and Bruce Wayne. He’s a super talented actor. He would just need to bulk up a lot. Just don’t know how it would pan out on screen. More curious how they replace him and possibly Leto too. I would assume Flashpoint but that might confuse general audiences.
  15. If anyone wants a good breakdown of everyone coming forward and the timeline of events to look at this: Additional information in there as well.
  16. Superheaven is better than Nirvana ever was. Hows that for an adult opinion thread?
